The service to be provided is coaching, which is not advice, therapy, nor counseling and may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client's life or profession. Coaching is a designed alliance that helps bring out the best in the client and helps the client create and live the life they want to live.
Coaching packages can be purchased in subscriptions of two, three, or four months, and the client can have up to one session for every week of the subscription. As an example, a two month subscription purchased on January 1st would terminate on March 1st or at the end of 8 sessions, whichever comes first. All cancelations within 24 hours of an appointment will be counted as that week's session. Requests to change an appointment with more than 24 hours of warning will try to be accommodated, but if the change cannot be accommodated then the original session will be counted. When the coach has a conflict arise or is out of the office at any point during the client's subscription, a week will be added to the client's subscription for each week missed.
The client will receive a one-time-only money-back guarantee after the first two sessions. Should they be dissatisfied with the coaching experience and convey this to the coach before the third session, they will be charged for all sessions they have had up to that point, but given their money back for the remainder of the subscription.
The coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential as allowed by law. Throughout the working relationship the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can only be granted by the client and the client agrees to do just that—have the coaching relationship to be powerful. If the client believes that coaching is not working as desired, the client will immediately communicate that to the coach and both will take action to remedy the situation.
